Language Support at the IT Faculty
The Language Support service is available to all students who are interested in improving their oral and written language skills in English or Swedish for academic purposes. We offer tutoring sessions on an individual basis or in small groups as well as open seminars and workshops.
The Language Support facility offers
- assistance on text structure, grammar usage, word choice as well as stylistic considerations
- guidance on how you can continue to develop your language skills on your own
- advice on study skills and on how to plan your studies successfully
- guidance and feedback in preparation for oral presentations
- answers to questions about writing conventions, e.g. spelling and punctuation.
