The doctoral education at the IT Faculty is run by our two departments:

Please note! To be admitted as a PhD student at any of the two departments (or in general in Sweden) you have to apply for an open PhD position within the subject. All vacant positions are advertised. Please check on the Vacancies web page at the University of Gothenburg or at Chalmers University of Technology
Both departments run postgraduate programmes at both Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg.
